Hi, I recently required this painting by Achille Beltrame at a garage sale it's a seascape not sure what the name of it is but in the bottom left corner he signed his last name. I would like to know more about this painting along with a estimated value I'm pretty sure it's a old piece. It looks like there's a little peeling of the paint not sure if it got wet our not I only paid $5.00 for it hoping it was worth a little more
