Description
Picked this up at a local yard sale (Albemarle, NC). It is roughly 3.25 inches tall overall. with the top off the part that looks like it would hold something is 2 inches tall and 1 inch wide.
After doing some research it may be a salt/spice shaker it probably had a glass liner.
The bottom says

The 1907 is somewhat hard to read it MAY be 1807 or 1S07.
