Shaving Mug; Shaving Cup; Straight Razor; Shaving Brush English China ?

Description

Vintage shaving mug from the late 1800's to early 1900's. This is the type of mug used with a brush and bar of soap. That is why there are drain holes in the indented top and the brush is used to be rinsed in the spout.

History
My Grandfather had used this shaving mug since his young adult years. He was born in 1869 and died in 1963. He used this mug most of his life. I am not sure how he acquired it.
