Description

What is this called? It's 7.5 inches tall; the number on the bottom is 3005. I did not polish it so that the design would be more apparent. The stamp on the bottom reads, "A1 SUPERIOR ELCTRO SILVER PLATE SHEFFIELD 3005" What's the value of this piece?
