Ship On Rough Seas Signed "Milo 64" Print Needs Identification

This print hangs in our laundry room.  I have always been curious of who painted it, what is is called and of course value, ect.  It is in poor shape but not too badly damaged.  The frame is pretty badly damaged.  It is signed "Milo 64" in the bottom right corner.  My mother says she has had it for around 10 years, does not know where she got it.  Unknown price paid and not really wanting to sell at this time.  I have scoured the internet and ebay for a long time but just cannot find any information about it.  I do not know or pretent to know anything about art.  I don't even know if I described it correctly saying it is a lithograph print.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
