Description

Not sure if this had another piece to go on top of it as the wood at the top is slightly offset. One of the drawers is lined with blue velvet and the inside the drawers and such is unfinished. The back has a tag from hartmans furniture and carpet company 1913. Maybe someone can tell me what this is or was used for?
