Silk and gold embroidery panel

Description

Purchased by an english missionary in Shanghai in about 1901. I believe it was cut from a larger coat. It has a fellow wearing an odd gold crown with two other women in a garden with flowers and pavillions. Sorry for the bad photo- the glass was quite reflective. I would be pleased to know how old it is. Thanks.
