You need to polish it up to detemine a value, demand for silverplate is currently very weak right now, pieces with damaged or worn silverplating are almost impossible to sell.

Most pieces like this date from the first quarter of the 20th Century. CRESCENT SILVERWARE MFG CO INC  was located in Port Jervis, NY Founded in 1922. Moved to Port Jervis in 1939. Sold to Samuel Kirk & Son Inc. in 1977
