far Eastern silver is

far Eastern silver is sometimes of higher silver content than Sterling, in this case the mark "950" indicates a silver content of 950/1000ths parts pure silver, Sterling is 925/1000ths. In the current market comparable wee spoons ands forks in sterling or higher silver content sell for about $20.00 each.
