Description
Unfortunately I know almost nothing of this brooch. I purchased it as silver and mother-of-pearl. As I can't find any information about the markings, I am not sure about the metal. (I tryed to use some silver cleaning fluid and the cleaning cloth turned black.) No evidence of base metal, so I think it's not plated. There are five tiny garnet cabochons. I would really like to know the approx. age and value of this beauty. I hope someone will recognize the markings!
