In small borders on the bottom are: A lion inside what looks like a circle or hexagon, next to an Anchor inside a shield followed by what looks like a G in script, inside another circle or hexagon. Under those three symbols is: STERLING and under that are the letters R Q K

History
I apologize, it has not been polished in years. This was my Great Grandmother's who was a wealthy socialite in Philadelphia in the late 1800's and traveled the world as well. So I am not sure where this came from.
