Hard white mft (this part is hard to read, some of that may be wrong)
About 2" across
Have a wishbone wrapped around ring

Silverplate is a glut on the market at present and a hard sell, even if in good condition. Napkin rings though have an established group of dedicated collectors and so far have defied the general downward trend for silverplated items. Here is a link to give you a general idea of the current market:
