Spoons have not been cleaned or shined to view, my grandfather owned both the spoons and the painting and got them from his mother. So I know they are from the 1800's. The painting is by Fenton but unsure if it is by mike fenton or tom fenton or if it is by them at all. The spoons are different I would have to turn over each and mail you a desription of each one and what are on them.
