Wow, how nice! I make furniture and restore antiques, so can't tell you much, but I am learning about silver, and can say that the technique used to decorate these pieces is called "repousse'", which means roughly, "pushed out from the inside". You should be able to research the marks fairly easily on the web. Just go to a silver-marks site and enter all you can see. The set is worth a lot more if it is STERLING, and you'll be able to find out once you have identified the maker.
