I have this silver set and would like an appraisal.

The stamp on the bottom is The Hallmark of Perfection Quality Silverware.

 

it does not have EPNS A1 as with some others I have seen

If there are no markings to indicate silver content, such as "Sterling" or "925" ( Sterling is 92.5 % silver) these pieces are silverplated. Values for silverplate is very weak right now, sets like this turn up at Goodwill/thrift shops for about $25.00.
