Floral decrative engraving along the inside and a thin decrative engraved border around the outter side. There is abmakers mark on the back outter rim of the platter and it reads as follows - (In an arched shape) WILCOX S.P. CO. (across the bottom) INTERNATIONAL S. CO. (within the arch are 4 individual blocked in letters) E P N S. Below the mark reads N 367/21 1/2 with 2 letters below this again within individual blocks is I S. Any information on this item would be greatly appreciated.
