slag glass table lamp

Description it is very soft and flexable like lead.it has a bronze patena the elect.parts have been updated for safety,i do not have the old elect.parts. on the outer bottoms of the shade are the letters P & H in the corners,the same are on thelower base. there is a small light in the base. i think that it may be a philip handel lamp,but have been told it is not by an appraiser named jim hoyl out of lincolnton n.carolina. i sent him 2 photos for his evaluation basis. thank you for any help.joe.t.
