Description Small silver plated teapot. Ornate design all around, looks like European village scenes. Tarnished outside but inside looks like new silver. Removable top. Handle is wrapped with what looks like wicker, and wrapping is unraveling. Bottom stamp says "Barbour S.P. Co. International S. Co." with the number 3426

I guess this isn't a teapot, but is actually a repousse syrup pitcher. And the wrapping on the handle is rattan, not the wicker I described.
