small blue glass round jar with brass top maybe a oil lamp with white mary gregory painting

this jar is blue glass with white painting of a child holding a flower. i think it may be mary gregory.  the brass top has a hole in the center with threads inside.  it must of had another peice with it.  it is 3" tall and 3" diameter. it is in perfect shape.
