Small Dark Blue European Vase

Description

I believe the vase is made of porcelain and is painted dark royal blue inside and out.  It is all one piece with three legs.  It is all designed in 18K gold.  It has designs of flowers & a picture of a man & woman with a string instrument, music book & flowers.  It is outlined around the legs and the top edge with gold.  It is written on the bottom 18K gold and the number #C9458.  All of the gold trim & design is 18K gold.

On the bottom is written 18K gold and #C9458. The top is smoothed jagged edges, trimmed in 18K gold. Bought in Europe.
