Small European Style Dish

Description

This is a small dish or shallow bowl that my wife purchased from an antique store decades ago.  So long ago that she doesn't remember where it was purchased from nor how much.  She believes it is hand painted.

The style appears to be European to us, I'm thinking English, my wife thinks it may be German.  But then my ancestors were English, she was born Austrian so you gotta figure that's gonna happen.

Any help you can provide as to what this piece is would be most appreciated.

P.S..... If there's any worth to the plate we may darn well sell it.  You never know.
