sofa

By lhatcher11, 10 October, 2007
Description

This sofa is approx. 8' in length. The contour of the back of the sofa consists of 2 oval upholstery covered areas at both ends and a 1/2 or semi circled, upholstery covered center , both oval ends are completly en-circled with hand carved, ornate wood, the hand carved wood connects to and surrounds the outer edge of the center area. The hand carved wood is very elegant in design and detail. The upholstery is a pastel shade of creme, white, pink and gold. The upholstery has small upholstery covered buttons used in an ornate manner, creating a very uniform design on the sofa. There are 4 hand-carved, curved wooden legs on the front of the sofa. The entire sofa is trimmed in the elegant hand carved wood. On the underside of the sofa the hand chisel  marks are slightly visable. The back of the sofa exposes the natural seperation lines of the wood in the trim.

I cannot get my images to up-load. I would love to e-mail the images to anyone that can offer me any advice about this piece of furniture!

Thanks!
