Description
Sofa seat two people. Arms on both sides have three positions. All the way up, 45 degrees, and all the way down. It's kind of like a precursor to the futon! I can't find any type of manufacturer's name or marking on it.

My great aunt and uncle purchased it and had it in their home for many years. They gave it to me when I moved into my first apartment. I've had it for 20 years. So it has to be at least 40-50 years old.
