This could be a kendi, which I believe didn't exist until the time of the Song dynasty and then they produced pottery and jugs and ewers with spouts of all sorts. Given that this item has multiple spouts all on one side, I would guess it was used in some ritual where it was held by the neck and tilted so many people could drink from the stream of water - or whatever - at the same time. It might also have served in washing, like a primitive shower perhaps.
I was thinking perhaps earlier Tang Dynasty as the Liyanga site in Temanggung, Central Java, was the site of a huge excavation of ceramics and metal vessels, and you say this was from your uncle's land in Java, but the multiple spouts suggest - as Indonesian archeologists you mention have found - this is from Song Dynasty.

I realy Dont know what is this, The Indonesia Arkeolog is riset this area for massive find of china motif dish, china old coin, but my antique is not specific study by them, but the result for the site where I found this antique too is the same area, which so many Song Dinasty antique is find, but thanks you maybe youre right this property maybe from Tang Dinasty
