Spirit of '76 Print

Description I found this at a flea market for $10. After researching, I found that it is a reproduction of the famous painting by A.M. Willard but then it appears to actually be painted on top of. It says AM Willard 1876 but then says copyrighted by Taber Prang Art Co 1911. I cannot tell if it is litho or collagraph or something else entirely. The hanging wire on back and frame appear to be very old, but it looks like someone removed the back and replaced with cardboard in more modern times. Please help me if you can! Thanks.
