Stained Glass Lamp - Appraisal needed (and appreciated!)

Description

The lamp shade is 18" across. The lamp is 23" tall. I"m not sure what other information is needed but I'm happy to provide any additional information requested.

I need an appraisal for insurance purposes. The lamp is not for sale.

unknown, but will provide if relevant. The lamp shade is surprisingly heavy.
History
Owned by my grandmother, who passed away in 1992. My understanding is that the lamp dates back to the 1910-1920 era, and that was confirmed by the lamp restoration expert who rewired the lamp 4 years ago.

There are small, hairline fractures in a few of the glass panels, but the overall condition is excellent.
