I would look over the piece carefully for a signature. There will be a difference in value if it can be attached to a desired maker/artist. It does appear to be alabaster, but a couple more photos showing the pedestal and bust in good detail would help to confirm/deny that as I can't make out the texture of the material with your photo. Chances are it is an unsigned alabaster circa the late 19th century through 1920s or so. These fairly consistantly bring $500-750 with a bust and pedestal.
