Sterling Silver "Dixon" And "Epns" Sugar Tongs

Description I BELEIVE THESE ARE SUGAR OR ICE TONGS. THEY ARE STERLING SILVER. THE CLAW TONGS ARE STAMPED "DIXON", THEY HAVE VERY NICE DETAILING THAT RUNS ALONG THE HANDLES LITTLE MORE THAN HALFWAY TORWARDS THE BOTTOM. THE OTHER IS MARKED "EPNS", AND HAVE CUTOUTS IN THE ACTUAL TONG THAT RESEMBLES A FLUER DE LIS. ARE THESE OF ANY VALUE? IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFORMATION PLEASE FEEL FREE TO FILL ME IN...THANKS!!!
