Description

Hi everyone, I need some help on this one!! I have had this piece since I was an early teen, it was passed down through family. I know it is sterling silver, but I am not sure about the marking on the clasp, I cannot recognize it. I was told it came from Israel or Jerusalem between 1940s-1950s, Would like more information as I have been offered an amount in the thousands and I would like to clarify that amount.
