I have an oil painting at an estate sale I am working. I cannot find anything on the artist. Can I get an appraisal on this artwork? Also where to find info on this artist, Rondelle? The frame is very ornate and heavy. The frame also looks a little like it is some type of metal and mesh. This painting did belong to a 94 year old woman. Possibly from the 1940's ?
