Streit Slumber Chair

I am kinda clueless when it comes to fruniture and was hoping to find help here with this wonderful chair. I did a little research on it online and so many different site gave totally different information. Maybe you experts out there can tell me about the age, value, best place to sell, if the upholstry is the original? It appears to be to my eyes.
