This same model was the subject of a complete restoration in season 2, episode 6 of American Restoration. It's a Taylor Tot stroller from the '40s. It's hard to be sure from the small photos that accompany this listing but one that seemed in slightly worse condition than yours was sold to Rick's Restoration for $75. After a full restoration to beautiful showroom quality he sold it for $1500.
