Description

I have a beautiful vase with a yellow green tint with painted flowers the bottom base is clear. it is 7.5"T X 7" at the widest point and the nedk opening is 4 3/4". I have been told it is a Stubin Verre De Soile (Virre De Soie" unsure of spelling by a dealer and another dealer sais it is Mt. Washington. Neither could give me a value, they offered $25 and $45 respectivly for the vase though.

I am interested in learning what it is, the age and the value.
