Description

VICTORAIN PRNT BY TABER AND PRANG CO. DATED 1909. I believe it is in its original frame i took it to an antique dealer he looked at it with magnify glass and said it was old. He also said the glass was wavy glass.He did not know anything about painting. If anyone can help
