I bought this table and 4 chairs from Beechworth antique around 18yrs ago. I was told it was tasmanian blackwood..but dont think so. There is a sticker on underside of chairs that says...PRICE"S TASMANIA. Name..KIMMRODTDEST..STR MELB ITEM 43.I would liike to know what type of wood it is, the era and its value.
