AI Appraisal

Description I came across this lighter and do not know much about it. The bottom has an imprinf of a flower with the letter Y in the middle with Made in Occupied Japan underneath. I am very interested to find out more information about it and perhaps a value as well.

Medium Looks to be brass.

Distinguishing marks Flower with a Y stamp and Made in occupied Japan on the bottom.
