Gold mark on bottom in the shape of an outlined C with a funny looking mark in the middle. Says porfin on top of the C and below it says Clug-Napoca. In black cursive below that it says Lucru manual.

I came across this in a thrift store in Germany today. The only thing I have found out is that Cluj-Napoca is a city in Romania.
