Tea Set

AI Appraisal
Description The teapot has a hinged lid and is emblazon with a flower and grecko roman pattern and a scalped handle spout which looks like a swan mouth. The other pieces match. The bottom of each piece has the signature Meriden B. Company & sclaes and "1800" beneath the signature. In addition, I have a very heavy silver tray which I purchased with this, but I do not believe it belongs to the set. There are no markings on the bottom of the tray. The set needs to be cleaned. Should I clean it with silver polish?
