Description

I have a teapot and set of 3 tea cups and 4 saucers which are purple and white and have a pearl finish inside the cups. The teapot has a blue lid. There are no stamps. The set looks like vintage japan but cannot find a similar one on the internet.

Category Glass
Medium Porcelain (I think) with an abalone or pearl lining inside the cups and on the outside as well.
Distinguishing marks No distinguishing marks. The teapot lid is blue which oddly does match the rest of the set.
Condition Fair
Size and dimensions of this item Teapot is 6 x 9 inches. Cups are 3 1/2 across the top. Plates are 5 1/2 (aprox)
Date Period 1940
Price Paid (If known) Handed down from family....so no idea. No history.
