teacart made by imperial, grandrapids michigan, 1903. Yellow with hand-painted gray, beige and green flowers. Has 1 drawer. also, has  1 glass shelf.

Ah tea carts, they were huge back in the 1980's, values went to about $600.00 for a good walnut one, but now I often see them retail for under $275.00. The painted ones for less than $250.00.
