Theodore Roosevelt's autograph while president on paper...

Description This was passed down to me from a family member. This was land donated to a family member during the Homestead Act that was passed by President Abraham Lincoln. It was signed by Theodore Roosevelt while he was president. I'm not sure if I want to sell this yet. Just seeing what it's worth for now.
