Pre: 1925 as the patent was approved in 1925- The Robert Simpson Company only existed from 1870-1871 so that probably puts this piece in that time period

Bought this from my favorite shop. Shop looks like a bomb went off in it but he has people pulling from every source imaginable all the time and he sells cheap.
