Description Received these chairs from friend as they were his parent's chairs. Estimated to be 50+ years old. Dark stain on wood and leather is original. Parents were from Germany and brought many items with them from German when they immigrated in the 1950's.

Your Mid 19th century American Late Classical curule chairs would sell for about $200.00 at auction for the pair. (I can't tell from the photos but they may be walnut.) Nice!
