Unusual silver mark in that most silver is 924 or 925 not 942 (out of 1000 for pure silver). I've seen these Pre-Century Tiffany cherub bells sell at auction for $300-$400, but I've also seen them go up to $1,000 at some auctions. The initials carved into the bottom of the piece was probably done by the owner to mark their piece to thwart theft.
