Description I was told by Christie's auction house in New York that the little brass plate with the words "Genuine Tiffany" is a good indication that it is not a real Tiffany lamp. They said some companies used to put stamps like these on these kinds of lamps to pass them off as authentic. Please note one of the panes has a hole in it. One of the side panels has a crack in it, as well as one of the panels at the very top. So, it is in great condition, minus the hole, and two cracks. This damage happened during a move. I would like to know the value of this piece in mint condition, and its value now, after the damage. Thank you.
