Toledo Spanish Dagger

Hello,
From personal research I've found that this is a Toledo Spanish Dagger, however I am unsure about the legitimacy of the blade, as I don't know much about antique daggers. 

If anyone could help in giving me a rough estimate on the value of the item, or even information about it's history, I would greatly appricate it.
