Tosti Clown oil painting

Description

My parents purchased this painting while stationed in Naples, Italy back in the late 60's, early 70's.  It is painted by Tosti, I believe, Riccardo Tosti.  The clown I have been told is a famous clown.  I'd like to know what it is worth.
