AI Appraisal

Description MY father received this when he was very young (born 1912). There is one engine that is spring powered and had sections of track to make a circle of about 30". It is cast iron with no markings except for 190r inside one side of casting and 190l on the other side. The spring that powers it has come loose on the inside of the wind and does not work. I hesitate to take it apart to repair as I may not get it back together. It may hurt the value if worked on.
