This is an old handmade travel chess board. It french folds two small locking doors. The outside is made of leather and the inside suade. Only writing I see on the entire object is inside in gold, on one of the "doors". It states ........
"Bail 210 _ Rue De Rivoli"
Pieces seem like either a very dense plastic or maybe ivory.
