unique candy dish from italy

Description This a about inches diameter, with gold trim and lid that matches the detailed lattice. It is off white in color with a high gloss finish. From what I can tell it is either ceramic or porcalian. The bottom has a number i cant read, maybe 1364/140 and also has the initials K.B.NY ITALY OR K.B.N1/ITALY. I have never seen anything like this, but is a very intricate and interesting piece. If someone could help me figure out what it is, it would help my alot. Thank you.
